An earlier release The Legacy is a quartet project dedicated to the memory of Gene Harris, featuring pianist Larry Fuller, and longtime Harris sidemen bassist Luther Hughes and drummer Paul Kreibich.

In 1999 Frank played on Alley Cats, Gene Harris' last recording before his untimely death in January 2000.




In the 1980’s four of Frank’s albums charted in Billboard Magazine's Contemporary Jazz listings. Sand Dance and Soft & Warm were in the Top Ten. Pictured below are the covers to Japanese releases of When We're Alone and Soft and Warm.
