From 1996 through 1999, Frank toured and recorded with pianist Gene Harris' quartet.

He has appeared with George Van Eps, Dizzy Gillespie, Mose Allison, Bill Watrous, Joe Sample, Bud Shank, John Pisano and many others.

Frank has been a Guest Artist for a variety of organizations, including Fullerton College, Michigan State University, Long Beach State University, Western Michigan State University, the Joe Pass Memorial Tribute at Musicians' Institute in Hollywood, California,the International Association for Jazz Education Annual Conventions in Anaheim, San Antonio and Chicago and Long Beach, California State College at Bakersfield, the Bakersfield Jazz Festival, Whittier College, California State University at Northridge, Fullerton College, Boise State University, Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, and the JazzMasters Workshops in San Francisco.

Frank leads small ensembles, does solo guitar concert appearances and conducts clinics and master classes nationwide.

These often unrehearsed performances with some of today's top jazz musicians (Bill Cunliffe, Larry Fuller, Shelly Berg, Bill Heid, Paul Kreibich, Luther Hughes, Llew Matthews,etc.) are excellent examples of ensemble camaraderie and musical communication.

Frank's enormous repertoire is on tap for varied and sometimes thematic programs. He is also an accomplished bass player, evidence of which can be heard when he accompanies a melody or soloist on guitar and plays both basslines and chording rhythms simultaneously.
